REGISTRATION GOES LIVE TO CELEBRATE WORLD SPACE WEEK HEADLINED BY PROFESSOR BRIAN COX
In celebration of World Space Week, Space-Comm Expo has announced visitor registration is now officially live and open for London ExCeL, 11-12 March 2025. Space-Comm Expo is one of the UK and Europe’ premier space industry events, attracting global leaders and influencers from all around the world, from government, defence, aerospace, business and academia.
Over 5,000 visitors, 200 exhibitors and 120 speakers are expected to attend the spectacular event, growing year on year, and well established as one of the must attend events in the space industry calendar.
Headlining the event next March will be renowned Professor of Particle Physics, Brian Cox, famous for his promotion of science and space through TV documentaries and as a former keyboardist with pop rock group D:Ream. “There are billions of places out there that we know nothing about. The fact that we know nothing about them excites me, and I want to go out and find out about them.” Professor Brian Cox.
Space-Comm Expo works in partnership with the UK and global space industry to showcase new technologies and innovation, to explore the biggest opportunities and challenges facing the industry.
The space industry is often ubiquitous and taken for granted, but it is essential to global economies and society on multiple levels; for telecommunications, financial services, security, transport, agriculture, maritime, climate monitoring and space exploration.
London is one of the world’s major financial centres and attracting investors to the event is a key ambition, with investment crucial to drive growth and innovation to push the boundaries of new space technologies.
Now in its fifth year, Space-Comm Expo is moving to London ExCeL for a more central location to attract even more international attendees as part of an expanded series of events, at the World Trade Centre Dubai 7-8 October and SEC Glasgow 3-4 December 2025.
The multi award winning expo is dedicated to supporting the global space industry with a unique format featuring UK and international exhibitors including, product demonstrations, keynote speakers, multiple conference theatres, roundtables and exclusive 1-21 networking opportunities.
Space-Comm Expo events are renowned for creating a unique atmosphere to help build relationships in a highly interconnected and collaborative industry.
The two day event regularly attracts guests from NASA, the European Space Agency and United Nations, alongside UK Space Agency and Government Ministers, with CEOs and CTOs from the commercial sector, scientists and academics, investors and legal experts, and the next generation of entrepreneurs and start-ups.
The programme for the event is still in its early stages, themes are likely to include global collaboration, public-private partnerships, launch capabilities, satellite manufacturing, in-orbit servicing, space data analysis, cyber-security, AI and robotics, space law, regulation, investment, sustainability and skills development.
The success of Space-Comm Expo events has mirrored the rapid growth in the sector, valued at £18.9bn in the UK, underpinning £370bn of GDP, with over 1,800 companies, employing 52,000 people, with a global sector expected to triple over the next decade.
