TDK Corporation (TSE 6762) has announced that Adam Rawicz, Managing Director of TDK‑Lambda EMEA, will retire on 31st July 2020 after over 30 years of service with the company.
Adam will step down from his formal duties on 1st April 2020 but will remain in an advisory role during a 4-month transition period to support his successor, Matt Cotton.
Matt is presently Managing Director of TDK UK Ltd. which is involved in the supply of electronic components and systems to the automotive, industrial and distribution markets. Previous to this, he has held a number of sales and product management roles since joining the business in 1997.
